Waited a week for an appointment. During which had no cable, internet, or security. The tech came out late for appointment didn't fix problems. Was promised a call back from some mysterious supervisor named James. He never called back. Called into office to find out if someone was coming out to restore our services and office lady caught an attitude because I had also called Comcast directly.
The woman named Janine who answers the phones is rude, childish and unprofessional! When I called regarding a bill she was very dry and dismissive and kept over talking me! When I asked her why she was over talking me she hung up in my face and refused to answer the phone when I called back. When she finally did pick up the phone she was yelling and acting like the idiot she is and then hung up on me again! I would not do business with this company. They also have many complaints on BBB website.
This firm is the worse ever. I have sent them number out emails and called and no return communication. Avoid doing business with these a-- holes

I tried to settle my daughters debt for her and Zach Allen started arguing and being belligerent to me and had no interest in resolving this matter. I tried to get him to be an adult about it and he hung up on me.
Poor Customer Service in relation to explaining of processes, especially when a client is more than willing to resolve a bill. See BBB complaint when posted 7/8/14. I've had better service with other Collection agencies. I wouldn't recommend this collection agency to businesses, the Supervisor was very professional however the service overall was poor due to lack of Customer Service skills in relaying accurate information and attitude.
