I will never go back here again. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and was told my O2 sensor were bad. After expressing that I might have some transmission issues the mechanic said he would do a test drive to decide if transwork would be needed. When he came back I had a power steering leak and needed a new pump. Management didn't seem to care that the mechanic was the cause of the new issues and have not resolved the issue yet. I also formed a complaint with corporate. Just be careful people, they will never get my business again.

"Dishonest service tech" Guy tried to steal my oil, i called him out. I had mobile one put in my jeep that i had to pay extra for. The service guy, "older guy, grey hair and chubby" decided he would keep the approx. Half bottle of oil that my jeep didnt hold. I watched him sit it way over at the other side of the building in the corner by itself as if he was going to keep it for himself. i waited until the oil change was complete and ask if they was done. He said yes, we paid and he said we could drive out slow. I said what about the oil that you hide over there. He said, what oil, o, you want that? I said yes i paid for it, its mine, not yours to keep. He got it for me, he was imbarrased. Its called theft. You can not keep something that a customer pays for. It was not a mistake. He kept it intentionally, its called theft, shame on you sir.
This Jiffy Lube has the worst customer service I have ever expeirenced with any company. They rotated my tires late last year and put a bolt back on incorrectly which made it impossible for the next mechanic to remove the tire for the next rotation. I have been calling for the last 3 months to try and get the issue fixed, and have never recieved a call back. Avoid this location.

I have been here twice in the past year. Each time they review with me what needs to be done and what is good. They wait time (in and out) was never more than 30 minutes. I am happy with the service they have provided me with but their only downfall are their prices. They do tend to over charge for items but I have been diligent about bringing my own products for them to use which does bring the bill down.
The owner Larry is a professional and his team do an outstanding job with customer service.

I took my van to mayport express lube and they had me in and out in 10 mins i was able to eat my lunch get my oil change and transmission fluids changed also wow what great service and pricing angelo is the mgr and he helped me with discounts and friendly smile and services thank you guys for taking care of me and my van i will send more friends and family to yall thank you again im so happy i found a place i can trust :))
