This is the most horrible experience of my life! Every time I order anything online, I try to find out if UPS is doing the shipping. If they are, I either DON'T order, or I ask my shipper to use Fedex or USPS. Yes, even USPS is soooo much better than UPS! TOO many situations to actually report, all I care to write about is that UPS does not care about your packages. They just care to get paid and move on. Let's show UPS that we don't care that they make it in this world. BOYCOTT UPS

Right on time. Excellent service. Well worth the money, because this business is absolutely hassle free. They worked for me last June, and gave A+ effort. That's all I could ask for.
HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -Horrible service - items destroyed in shipping with no recourse - over $300 and over two months trying to reclaim and company won't resolve issues - (they hang up and refuse to talk to you) also corporate office only reroutes claim back to store - multiple call ins to UPS to resolve and NOTHING but wasted time - this UPS Atlantic location should be closed and manager/owners taken to court.
Very good a professional. The man i dealt with was very knowledgeble and we had a quick conversation. Snap2Ship is actually cheaper than other chains. Snap2Ship does not nickel and dime for small things, great company

Snap2 Pack & Ship Store owners also are the people who work the shipping/mailing desk.I have used this company several times a year since moving to Jacksonville, FL in 2011. Brian and Dennis have been unfailingly courteous and process my shipping and mailing needs very quickly. They are outstanding.
If I could I would rate them NO STARS, They have the worst mail service and DO NOT RENT A MAILBOX from them because they will send your mail back without your consent. They also get angry when you call to check and see if you have any mail in your box. THEY ARE RUDE AND IMPATIENT!
I didn't even procure their services; someone answered the phone with a hasty “Hello", very unprofessional. I thought I had reached someone’s home. When I asked if this was a business the manly sounding woman said " How can I help you" , in a nasty tone...NO THANKS...I will take my hard earned money somewhere with professionalism , where it will be appreciated ...They get NO stars...
The staff is rude, and spoke to me as if I was a nuisance with questions about their services. While attempting to ship a package to my brother who is deployed, I was charged an additional $3 for a cup of packing peanuts and one piece of tape... which may have been fine if I was told that before they put it in my package. The manager/owner was flat out rude, and I will never again use UPS, especially not this store. The post office is right down the street, and the prices are cheaper, staff is nicer, and I left the post office without my blood boiling.
