If he’ll treat YOUR customers (me)like this on a call then imagine how he’ll treat you if you need help in the future! I cannot fathom why any person much less business owner would act this way to someone trying to help a sick elderly person find medical equipment.
I only use this establishment for the Pharmacy. Not any more!! The customer services is AWFUL! There is one lady in particular who has the worst attitude I have ever came in contact with. Seems that she wakes up with an attitude everyday!! I really feel sorry for her but I will be spending my money else where. Sorry to the rest of the employees but it's not worth the trip to have to deal with her any longer. Please remember that customer service is EVERYTHING, most important, Your Job!!! Without customers you will go out of business.
