Beware of parking lot. Owner obviously doesn't care about customer parking. Deep craters will rip off muffler.

I took my khakis pants for a simple alteration and they did a horrible job. They used a different color thread and now the alteration line is visible. Such an elementary thing to miss. They ruined my day! Don't give any bussiness here.
Stay Away!!! I bought a new wardrobe for work and took it there. They took a PEN and wrote my name on all of my clothes along with the name of the cleaner. No, they didn't write it on the tag in all cases. At times it was written on the fabric itself!!! Not to mention they spelled my name wrong! When I found out and asked they told me it was company policy because the tags they use could fall off. I've found a new place 30 minutes away, but well worth the drive.
Wish I could give no stars, but Facebook doesn't allow. I brought 8 of my shirts in and it was my first time at the dry cleaners. They lady didn't have good customer service but I figured "who cares as long as my clothes get done". I came in this week to get my shirts and I got home to find that not only were there a few spots of something unknown on my 2 of my shirts but 6 were still wrinkled, on top of that 1 of the shirts was not there. I returned that day to the store (waist of gas and time) the lady was someone else and she was very nice, she instantly said they were wrinkled bad and called the manager. The manager asked if I had my ticket, but my ticket was taken when I came in to get the clothes and was never returned. The manager told the girl that she would do them in the morning and I could come back the next day before 5. Well I just returned from the cleaners empty handed. The original lady was there this time and she said I only had one shirt in the system (the missing shirt) and she could not find anything of mine. On top of this she could not call anyone to help me and this problem. Now I have to wait till Monday to try to get this problem resolved hoping they find my clothes. I can assure you that I'll be getting not only a refund, but reimbursed for ALL of my missing clothes. DO NOT GO HERE
I had a last minute interview schedule I needed to get a suit pressed and a shirt cleaned and pressed and only an hour and 15 minutes to do it not only did they press the suit but somehow worked a miracle and got the shirt cleaned and pressed as well highly recommend this place
Been with this cleaners for years and never had any problems with them until now. I gave them a tan suit to be dry cleaned and I them I needed it back in three days. When I went back to go it up they told me that it wasn't ready because a part on their machine broke and wouldn't be in until three weeks, I knew they were lying because everybody else's clothes were being cleaned. They gave me my clothes back with stains on them and the only thing they could give me was "I'm sorry". All liars are going to hell.
Other reviewers have mentioned rudeness, and I had to leave a review just to counter that. I've been using this place for about 3 years (just because it's closest to me), and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. They know me by name now and know my kids. They helped me to get my wedding dress preserved beautifully (a long overdue chore), and always have my weekly cleaning done on time. The prices are average, but the work has always been well done and the location is very convenient.
I want to commend City Wide Cleaners customer service for going above and beyond. My husband had a week long business trip out of town so we took all of his pants and dress shirts in to be cleaned on a Thursday. My plan was to pick them up on Saturday since he was leaving on Sunday. About 10:30 p.m. just as I was falling asleep I realized that I had forgotten to pick up the cleaning. I jumped out of bed and called the number on the receipt to see if by any chance they were open on Sunday (they are not). Fortunately for me the business phone line is transferred to a cell phone after hours. They were very understanding and agreed to have someone meet me or deliver the clothing to me on Sunday before he had to leave town. My husband is 6 foot 5 inches tall and finding clothing in department stores off the rack is very difficult. I really appreciate their assistance.
Hey, do you want to have your clothes lost? Then come on down to Bartram Cleaners, where they will lose your blazer and then, after a month, offer a $25 cleaning credit for that $100+ blazer! Sounds like a great place, right?I spoke with the owner who assured me he would get in contact with us in a week about this issue. 1. He refused to give me his name. 2. He never got in contact with us. Now, I get to enjoy the fun fun time of sending demand letters and very likely small claim court dates ... followed by discovery subpoenas! I can't wait! I hope the owner is reading this because if he thinks this is going away without making us whole, he'll soon find out!
