This is the best service I have ever had as far as dog service goes very patient nice and calm even when we changed contracts over 4 times they called and got us settled to finance for what we could afford looking forward to get the second puppy soon !!
We are very satisfied with pet world. Very friendly and professional, The employees helped us thru the process and were very patient with our decision. The owner, Sharon, was also a very important part in this. Sharon called me every time I needed to ask her questions. The employees called us after we took our cavapoo home to check up on him. Would definitely recommend Pet World.
My cat is very shy but she came right to Lisa as soon as she came into the house. I would highly recommend.
They sold me a puppy infected with intestinal worms, with no disclosure to me at time of purchase. After the veterinarian informed me of the problem 48 hours after purchase, and upon confronting Pet World staff, they offered no apology and no help with the problem. So I'm left with washing extra loads, administering meds and being hyper-diligent about clean up procedures. Take heed before buying...
Kelly was phenomenal with both of my animals as well as very understanding when it came too meeting them before my Husband and I left out of town for a week. They were well taken care of and treated as if they were her own. I highly recommend her services as her prices are great and her skills and trust with animals is better ! $100 TAKEN!!!!.David, the owner and service provider for A Better Choice Pet Sitting, has provided occasional pet sitting services over the past 18 months. He texted me at 9:20 p.m. on 11/19/2016 to say that his wallet was lost and asking if he could borrow money. He came by my house shortly thereafter and took $100, which he promised to return that same week. He neither contacted me nor returned the money within the week. He has not responded to voicemail or text messages; since he and I use the same telephone provider, my phone indicates that the texts were “delivered”..My final text and voicemail on 11/27/2016 warned him that I would post the facts if he failed to contact me within four hours, but that time elapsed without response. I am surprised and disappointed that a businessman who relies upon clients trusting him alone in their homes with their pets willingly places his reputation at risk for $100. I can no longer trust this business acquaintance who has abused my good will and taken my money.
This is the type of store that gives pet stores a bad name. While they do purchase puppies from reputable breeders, the owners Mike and Sharon, do not care about these animals. They sold me a puppy with an outdated health certificate. Their negligence caused the death of my sweet puppy less than 3 weeks after bringing him home, and to add insult to injury they offered me a replacement puppy who was also sick and had to be taken to the vet. Luckily this one was able to be saved. Do not purchase pets from this store. The owners refused to compensate me for the $2k in vet bills I incurred trying to save my little puppy, and they have harassed me with phone calls after I filed a complaint. This is not a store you want to do business with. Either adopt from a shelter, buy from a breeder directly, or shop elsewhere. I hope no other family goes thru the heartache and harassment that we have. #PetWorldSellsSickAnimals
We use A Better Choice Pet Sitting services every time we leave town, which is fairly often. They are trustworthy, reliable and we come home to happy pets. They've even just adopted one of our kittens.
We bought our puppy their about 3 weeks ago and she has been sick since we got her. Good customer service.
This place was great until it was sold this year. The new owners are very defensive and appear to have come from business where customer service is not a priority. My beautiful Aussie Shepherd went in to have a trim, I said she looked a bit scrappy and needed cleaning up and made pretty. When she came out I didn't recognize her, as all of her coat had been cut off to a number 3 buzz cut. What?! I was in shock, paid the sky high bill, then after arriving home rang to speak to the owner. He came back at me in a very strong manner, was unwilling to concede the problem, and has now lost another customer. Don't recommend.
