Horrible customer service. The employees of this establishment are disrespectful. Diane's creations lacks patience and respect for customers. Upon requesting a price range for a custom order over the phone, , the employee claims to have someone else on the other line they must attend to. Then, without realizing we are still on the line, she tells her coworker she does not want to deal with this.I like to give this person the benefit of the doubt that she may be having a bad day, but it does not justify being disrespectful to anyone. Immediately I hung up because I do not tolerate this kind of rude behavior.To the owner of this establishment, I urge you to train your employees how to serve people with respect on the phone and in-person. If and when they can not answer a question, then they should find someone who can.
