Everyone at the office is caring and very respectful. They make me feel like at home. From the moment I call to the moment I get there, I can not complain.
Prompt, professional and polite!!! Love this place and will continue to see Dr. Ashley at First Coast Dermatology! Thank you for the excellent service Dr. Ashley!
Called before making appointment that our insurance was accepted by the Doctor's office. Upon arrival at the appointment, they said they didn't accept UHC Dual Complete that they had said they accepted when making the appointment!! The staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing at this office. Go somewhere else!!
Just came back from a visit with this office, they were professional, kind and helpful! Provider and staff were top notch..Thanks First Coast Dermatology!!!!!!!!!!!
Really professional experience, great staff, clean building, short wait time and the best thing of all is the Doctor was amazing! had my concerns addressed and left understanding my condition.
great office and very efficient, everyone i know goes there and is VERY pleased, great Doc's and staff!! To the lady without the insurance card, (last review) why should they be responsible for "your" insurance, get with the flow,,,everyone uses an insurance card, that was pretty mean of you, lets hope you are really not a teacher, scary!!!!!
AWEFUL!! I have been going there once a month now for 5 months. Every single time I have waited no less than 45 minutes in the waiting room. Today's wait was the last straw - I was 10 minutes early for my appointment but all together I waited an hour and ten minutes to be called into an exam room. The exam was fairly quick and Dr. Robins is always sweet but the front staff needs to get their act together! Last time they were also fairly rude about switching my insurance information. Five months of long waits and the front staff have persuaded me to find another office to visit.
