Kenny and the guys did an excellent job replacing the headliner in my 2006 Grand Caravan. The car was returned clean and earlier than promised. I highly recommend them.

★★★★★ 49 minutes ago The work was fine but the problem is he wont own up to what he did to my truck while reinstalling my seat on the drivers side he put the seat rails on top of the wires ( this cut the blue wire)that connect to the airbag system that connects to the passenger side therefore setting off a airbag code when I had it fixed he did not reimburse me for the full 100.00$ it took to fix he tried to blame it on being a older truck he said all I will give you is 50.00$ He asked are you happy I said no you need to pay the full amount for it to be fixed I told him look it was working fine until you put the seat back it in which is how the wire got cut the guy that repaired it said it looked like it had been cut not corroded at all
I came in with a vehicle that had severe mold damage because water would leak in every time it rained. There was also oil on the carpet in the trunk area. Upon examining the vehicle, what looked like a supervisor with white hair and a mustache lifted up his hand and said in a disrespectful way, "There's oil on this carpet." The service representative then asked him to drive my car to the other side of the building. He refused, looked at me, raised his hand, and said "I can't, I have oil on my hand." He then tells me to drive my car to the other side of the building. Every time I interacted with the employees of this company, I was treated with an incredulous attitude for the condition of the vehicle. The reason I brought it in was because it needed work. If it was perfect I wouldn't have brought it in in the first place. That is the point of an upholstery business: people who have interior's, that need work bring their car, suv, boat, or rv to have it repaired. My recommendation is that you steer clear from this organization for the way they treat their customers.
I love my car, but the dogs ( I love them too) had slashed and ruined the leather seats and a door panel. I could never find covers that fit appropriately. Sargent's fixed everything! Looks brand new! It was a tough job, they say, but they stuck to the originally quoted price. I highly recommend them. Great job!
Had to replace my top on my 02 Audi TT. Very expensive procedure, but needed to be done (my back window shattered and interior was exposed to elements). I felt that the quote that I got was a reasonable one and decided to get the service. The quote included parts and labor. If I were to bring parts from other manufactures, price might have changed... (feel bad for the previous review, but it might not necessarily be the shop's fault)I do not regret my decision on getting my top replaced in this shop and would recommend to anyone. However, it is important to do a little research before one jumps into an expensive repair.
I was told that my Passat would be ready before the end of the day if it was there by 9.00 am this morning. I had it there a little after 8.00 am. By noon, Kenny called to say it was ready for collection. The headliner was replaced and looked wonderful again. Great service, great job and 3 year warranty. Thanks fellas!
Awful experience with these guys. They quoted me $560 to install a convertible top on my car. I supplied ALL materials, the $560 was just for labor. When I show up to pick up the car the bill was $770, and their explanation was it took longer then they expected. They didn't even call me first to let me know, just charged me when I came to pick it up. Very dishonest and rude. Don't ever use these guys. Do yourself a favor and just go to Sargents, I wish I would have.
Don't ever use these folks. The quality of their work is horrible and there is no quality control. Took my truck in for a headliner, and when i returned to pick it up, found the seats, carpet and NEW HEADLINER stained from dirty fingers and glue. There was also a piece of rubber trim that was left hanging loose and now my interior light no longer works. It was clear that neither of the employees that called to tell me it was ready ever bothered to check the condition of the work or my vehicle. Extremely disappointing for such an simple job.
