EXPLICITLY the Manager who is the son of the Franchise owner Fred Gardner (904.710.3818).I was there along with at least 10-15 other customers waiting behind me. The Manager was cashing my out and leaned over to the middle aged lady working there. She is maybe in her late 30's-40's.The manager over and said, "You better FUCKING do what your MOTHERFUCKING told to do because I FUCKING told you too!"I stopped this sorry piece of trash and an announced his actions and told him, "HEY!!! HEY!!! You don't talk to a woman like that, no woman or anyone for that matter. Especially an employee oh an you are the manager. You are so lucky you are not talking to me like that or my mom, gf, whatever because I would grab you up and drag you across this dag-on (I did everything I could not to curse him back) counter and knock your teeth in. You dont speak to her like that."I never threatened him directly. Rather attempted to set his sorry tail straight.Manager, then challenged me back "lets go then!"I casually smiled at this point.Me "Give me your franchise owners phone number right now, your boss, give me his card, contact information."Manager, "Hes not available you can call Subway Corporate. He isnt going to care anyways." He continued to refuse to give me his bosses information.Me: "Ma'am I am so sorry you had to deal with that, I apologize on the behalf of men."I filled my drink and left. Shortly there after the older lady walked out crying because the Manager kicked her out. Most likely fired. I told the lady Sara that I was so deeply sorry for his actions against her and she did not deserve that kind of treatment, nobody does.Top it off my damn truck decided not to start but Sara was kind enough to give me a jump and I went home.I called Fred and left a long voicemail explaining what happened. Hopefully this gets through and that POS is not operating that store.Call the franchise owner if this pisses you off and let them know the public wont bring business to places that treat thier employees like that.DO NOT EAT AT that Subway.If Subway sees this I truly hope they can step in because this is the image of management operating franchise owned SUBWAYS.
The title says it all. An 11 minute wait for drive thru service at this Dunn Avenue Burger King in Jacksonville, Florida. Only 2 cars in front of me. Not a long line.Simple order as I had a coupon. 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. No drink. Total including tax was about $5.45. Chicken sandwiches were overcooked and the French Fries were ice cold. No napkins or ketchup in my bag. Young man working the window was pleasant enough, but that doesn't help when I had to dump the food for being inedible. So much for the 11 minute wait. I will NEVER go to this Wendy's again..The lied to us about the 50 cent frostySaid they were no longer. They charged us 1.49 each. For 2.She was so rude and when we got home saw it was advertised on TV. The 50 cent frosty. It's not about the money it's about being lied to and treated very rudely. I thought when they tore this Wendy's down and rebuilt they would hire good employees who weren't so rude. This had always been this locations problem.I resent being lied to. You need to check who was working at 6:00 Pm on 6/2.drive through window. They need to be fired.

I was in the drive-through for 35 minutes . This was the worst service I've ever gotten. When I got to the window I still had to wait, and the cashier said they were waiting on my fries. Kind of funny, the fries and the hamburger were both cold when I got them. I will never go back. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
One of the waiters tried to slam the drive through door on my hand, and refused to give me my food. I had waited 35 minutes in line, before the person that was in front of me drove off (was now worth her wait-I guess, there were no cars ahead of her and the inside had no customers). They finally took my order, another 15 minutes, and got the order wrong, then the boy was very rude and would not give me my food. When I reach in to get it he Slam the window shut, just missing my hand. He didn't appear to understand English either, as I had to keep repeating what I had ordered! Worst McDonalds that I have EVER been too----a lot of complaint too.
Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Just to get the wrong food. Wait for the correct food and they still give me the wrong food. And not even everything I ordered. Told me they didn’t ring it up. I ordered a salad, a kids hamburger meal, a large fry and a Coke Zero with the kids meal.1st gives me someone else meal. I give it back he tells me to keep the drink. Which I did not want. I had to tell him what I ordered. He finally comes back with my salad and no dressing. I waited another minute for the kids meal. No soft drink, no extra fry. Because according to him it wasn’t rang up. I say forget it. I leave. Get home and it’s not even a hamburger, it’s a bacon cheeseburger. Which my son won’t eat. So thanks, you made it so easy for me NOT to come back. It’s the first and last time I come to your restaurant.
Now let’s face it I’m from Texas and I have eaten a lot of water burgers this is by far the worst water burger I have ever been in hamburgers were cold
This is a very great decision in anyone's day - if you're a fan of good Chinese food! The employees at this location are all great, the proportions you get is great, the value for your money is great, and most of all.. The food is delicious!
Rice was hard and my kids complained because it was hurting their teeth, so the manager said"just touched the and is not hard" great !! No apologies what so ever, bad really bad service. ������������
