I have banked with them for over 20 years and have had several mortgages with them. Since they outsource their serving center and escrow account the service is horrible. They dont call you back, they have had our escrow money for over 2 months now and we haven't seen it since we closed on May 3rd 2017. I would advise anyone to not get a mortgage with them nor bank with them. This had been a horrible experience and we are still waiting on our refund. Kelly Rothwell
Sometimes a bit under staffed but over all very quick service for anything I need. The manager seems concerned and helpful at all times.
President Bush handed us 350 dollars. I decided to save the money in their bank since I was close to them. I had very good results from them.
I stayed at my bfs and wanted to make a cash deposit via ATM. I've never had to have my cash verified and Walt on my funds. This is extremely inconvenient. Ice never experienced this challenge with any other wells Fargo and have been with wells Fargo before they even were. I will never go back to this location. Now I have to wait 2 days to funds verified???

BEWARE.......DO NOT USE Wells Fardo ATM machines if you are not an account holder not they tell you that the transaction is going to charge you $3.00 and then later they charge you an additional $2.50 for a total charge of $5.50.....THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO DO THIS...RIDICULOUS

I have been banking with Compass since 2006 when I moved to Florida. I just bought a house in Riverside and found this location on Edgewood Ave. I recently took my daughter who just started college and got her first job to Compass to open an account. She opened her account on Southpoint and the customer service was exceptional. When we went to the Edgewood location so she could deposit her payroll check we were given the worst customer service. We first waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes while the teller inspected her check. Then came to the window and said that because she just opened the account within 30 days he was having a problem depositing her money. Really? Something is wrong with this location. We will be closing all of our accounts thanks to this branch.
