My son rented your black Limo for his prom and the whole neighborhood saw the car and just loved it! He was raving about the sound system and the videos you had inside the car. It was a very special night and they will never forget it. Thank you so much and I am rating you 5 stars but would do 10 stars if they would let me :)
Nice limo and professional driver. Very courteous and helped my elderly mother with her bags and getting in and out of the vehicle. 5 stars
Thank you so much guys for the night out for me and Steve last night. Your 300 was super nice and we really liked the double moonroofs. Highly recommend this company and will def use again
Thank you very much for the great service this past weekend. It was for the Jamison wedding and we had your cadillac and lincoln limo. Mary was our person that helped with the scheduling and did a great job and so did Dan and Rob who were our chauffeurs. Thanks
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! When I made a reservation for a limo (over a month in advance) they quickly charged my credit card but never e-mailed me a contract or receipt. I made numerous calls to the company and I was promised the receipt but it never came. The company did acknowledge that they would provide the service I had paid for. On the day of my daughter's wedding, the company called me and advised me they were no longer able to provide the service I had paid for. BUMMER!!!!!!!!!! No explanation except to say the limo was no longer "available". Thus if you need a reliable company to transport people for you, Dynasty is not it! I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION.
Dynasty Limousine issued a credit card refund but did not process the credit (“Credit Not Processed”). I contracted with Dynasty Limousine for an 8-person Chrysler 300 for August 2012 university graduation ceremony. There were 6 passengers over the age of 65. The day of service was a fiasco. First, the car had no air conditioning just fans blowing air. The outside temperature was 95 degrees. I contacted Dynasty en route, spoke to the GM Shelly Fleming who indicated that the car had just been serviced and, because it was a black car, it took longer to cool. Second, William the driver was to provide ice for champagne but he had none. Third, William never provided any instruction on the car’s interior controls. Finally, William did not follow the driving & parking directions I gave him resulting in us having to walk further than we should have. I sent a letter via USPS to Dynasty detailing these problems. After no response from Dynasty, I contacted the GM two weeks later by email with the letter attached. Ms. Fleming said she never received the letter. She told me a credit would be issued & the driver had been fired. I waited another two weeks and still no credit. I emailed her again; she said it was a bookkeeping oversight and she would personally process the credit. She issued a credit and emailed me a copy, but the slip indicated the machine was offline. I finally contacted my Visa credit card company; Visa issued a chargeback against Dynasty two weeks ago. Dynasty has not yet responded.
