I love this food! Always fresh and tasty!! The tabouli is the best I've ever ate. Whether I'm eating in or taking out you can't go wrong
Whoa!Place stinks like a$$. Maybe if u hang a piece of bacon under ur nose, or Vicks rub like morticians use u can handle the stank! Brutal. Nasty.
This is the mist stinkyass restaurant I have ever been in. They say it got remodeled in 2015 but didn't change the booths. So nasty cant eat. Gross. Waiter has alergies and cant dmell it????
Horrible!! Waitress was definitely on something. Took 10 minutes to get our drinks after placing the order. Food came out luke warm. The napkins wrapped around our silverware was dirty. Place was horrible. Go to the Waffle House across the street.
Ok! I am so over IHOP on Atlantic Blvd., Jacksonville, Fl.! This morning was my third visit to the restaurant with the same experience. I'm sitting at the table, mouth watering for IHOP pancakes, I pour the syrup and DIRTY LOOKING WATER, MIXED WITH SYRUP drops onto my food! I called the manager over to describe my third bad experience with the syrup container and he proceeded to tell me that he thinks the containers are run under water and that's how the water gets in. I tell him the second time this happened, the waitress explained to me how they wipe off the bottle and the water must be coming from the cloth. SO, they wipe the syrup containers with the same WRAGS they use to clean counters, tables, seats and everything else with!?!! He then explained to me that they use sanitary water. WTH? Google dat ish for me somebody! My last words, "You all MUST DO BETTER and No Thank You (to the offer for free food)." It will be a while before I eat in another IHOP, if at all.
I went 1/1/15 and between waiting for a table and finishing our meal it was over 3 hours. They food was delicious but we waited for over an hour (we did have a party of 6 and I am aware it takes time to clear space for such parties) and when we finally sat us they sat us on the sidewalk where there was an empty table the entire time. The server was a tad rude, but I know they were busy (and I think shorthanded). Nonetheless, I enjoyed my meal but I did not enjoy the server nor did I enjoy my experience.
Slow service. I had to ask for our food because we've been waiting for an hour. After I asked, lo and behold! The food magically showed up. They were sitting in the kitchen getting cold while the wait staff were shooting the breeze in there. Our food were missing some ingredients (sour cream and salsa) and we had to ask for them. I mean, really? We love IHOP but last Sunday will be our last in that location.

Don't go there. Cannot get orders right and food is cold. Chili cheese omelet/hash browns/raisin toast--how difficult is that? First, I get a bowl of chili--tell the waitress again what the order was---oh. Next I get the omelet (correct--but with grits and they are all over the raisin toast?? Second, the waitress takes it back to make the corrections again--comes back with grits still all over the toast and the omelet and chili were cold! This is the third time there in 3 weeks and the same problems continue--just sent everything back and left. Manager notified.
