Technician came out on time after having been in great contact with me, he assessed the damage, made 100% sure of what the issue was, ordered parts, & scheduled a time to fix it with me later this week tentatively. He showed back up on Friday replaced parts, made sure everything was working, and saved the day! Could not recommend this service enough!
I went to this place in april 2016...I paid 225.00 for them to troubleshoot and replace speakers. the repair guy was nice and at the end he told me to turn the bass to zero so the speakers doesn't blow. This is after I paid and was walking to my car...that should have been a red flag for me to tell him to give me my money back...the speakers sound horrible less than factory grade of my car...and I am now shopping for new speakers...I would recommend best buy any day over this company in the speakers department...maybe they do a better job with tints

I brought a $100 battery for cruise 7/20/16. It was purchased for new iPhone that has 1/2 day charge. The battery was nonfunctional, which was discovered on cruise. I had leg injury around that cruise/trip which immobilized me for 2 months. So could not return item.On 10/14/16 I attempted to get $$$ back. The representative and manager said the purchase was beyond 14 days purchase: Thus I could not be reimbursed.I have had iPhones for several years. I have had charging issues with each one. I would not recommend an iPhone. I would not recommend purchases at the Town Center in Jacksonville.Comparing businesses...REI returned $$$ same day for digital purchase for that time of traveling for me WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. We need to find a more customer-oriented outlet for our lives that are controlled by digital age.

Very bad experience here. 1) You have to wait weeks to get available appointment.2) With scheduled appointment, you still have to wait around 30 minutes.3) Service attitude is not good. They do not try best to fix the problems, but just wish to get it over fast.
Just moved into a new house with wired ethernet and phone by Atlantic Home Technologies. One one of the jacks, neither the phone or ethernet worked. The builder called in Atlantic Home Technologies to fix the jack. They arrived, fixed the ethernet, and told my wife they did not fix the phone because we don't have a phone and thus do not need it. Of course, I have a problem with this and had the builder schedule yet another visit to get it right. This time, my wife missed our kids halloween party to be there in the time frame scheduled. Atlantic Home Technologies did not bother to show up or even notify us that they could not make it, telling the builder "It fell through the cracks". Definitely would not recommend this company!
Nice staff, but unreliable for appointments. Waited 20 minutes post scheduled appt and told it would be another 10-15.
