Pawnshops: 10 Things to Know »
Most people think of pawn stores as a way to make cash quickly or a place to buy an inexpensive ring. In reality, they're a lot more complex than simple buy-and-sell transactions…
The first technician came out replaced the part, left the washer partially disassembled and put the squeeze on my mother to buy more service contracts. After an irate call from me, I had a new technician out the very next day who was extremely nice and did the job. I have had appliances from Sears for many years and they seem to last forever. When I need a repair on any appliance I always call Sears and other than an overly aggressive sales pitch, I was very pleased and will call them again.
Worst ever due 2 outsourcing repairs. 10 wks 2 fix washer. Many calls, hung up on, told cld not be transferred 2 USA. Guy outsourced by Sears lied. 8 wks B4 anyone saw liar never ordered parts. Then Sears tried 2 send the same guy back. Over $200 @ laundry spent. Your outsourcing repairs cost u a 40 yr customer.
We have had a Whole House Maintenance Contract with Sears for 33 Years and have always had excellent service on our products. I like having one point of service and not having to call several people to make appointments, the cost of the Contract is very reasonable compared to having numerous separate repair visits. The products Sears sell are of good quality and durability.
This was my 2nd time having to have Sears come out for a minor washing machine repair. It was nice to see a familiar face in that the same technician came to my home.
Excellent service from excellent contractor. I highly recommend the service. It was very timely and work was well done, however,, I do not understand why the parts were replaced at a cost of 2-3 times what a new dishwasher of the same quality would cost but thank you fr a job well done.
The whole process was great. I was given a date for repair and a window of time. The repairman called in that window of time, arrived promptly and did the necessary repair quickly, thoroughly and with no mess. This is commendable as the freezer had to be emptied and reloaded. I was quite pleased and will contact Sears repair for my next repair need if needed.
A cheesier version of dollar tree only they want more money for the items! I was excited to check it out. And extremely disappointed to see such garbage! Worse than dollar tree, on most of they match it and ask for $3. I'll never return. Awful!!
Had a great experience the other day shopping, customer service was great.
I stopped going to this mall a few years ago because of the unbearably loud music the manager demanded be played in the store -- it was so loud you couldn't hear what anyone said, including the people at the checkout counter. However, I needed an item from housewares for my office and JC Penney was the nearest place that sold it. So I went up to the second floor, walked around through the housewares section searching for the item. I needed assistance, but did not see a single employee. Finally, after finding the item and wandering around in search of a checkout counter, I came upon four employees standing around talking and asked where I could check out. One of them directed me to the counter, where two more employees were standing around talking. I don't know who the manager is these days, but he/she needs to explain to the employees that they are paid to assist customers, not stand around and talk to each other!
Very disappointed in the information here. First the telephone number gets you the district office automated line and when the transfer you, you get disconnected every time. The address is not clearly the store i need. If it told what mall it was in that would help.
