While visiting Jacksonville I had a flat tire that was not repairable, I needed one used tire to take me back to Miami so I can have costco replace my un-repairable tire with a new one under warranty, they had many tires for $35 including balance and installation, I got a Michelin 1.5 years old tire, great and fast service

It was the worst experience I have ever had I went there for used tires and a wheel alignment came back a couple weeks later and had two bald back tires due to the alignment which they warranty for 30 days so I went to have them honor their warranty they put my car up on the racks and try to find something else wrong with the car so they could blame it on it. Then finally said the guy charged me not enough money because I have a foreign car had me waiting four hours and hours kept putting people in front of me and then said for me to leave my car and they would have it fixed in the morning I wouldn't leave my car with them if my life depended on it they are scam artist and the worst business people I have ever met

This is my second visit here. No major work has been done but I'm very confident in the mechanics knowledge and expertise. If and when anything major should arise I will definitely be returning to this shop.

Broke off the oil filler cap on my vehicle (it's a push-down-and-turn, like a medicine bottle; they clearly just wrenched it off, tool marks were obvious). Refused to replace it, claiming it just broke spontaneously. Wanted me to pay them to order one from another state, and wait a week for it to come in. I bought a new one at an auto parts store the same day, for half of what they wanted to charge me for the privilege of having them break it. They took no responsibility, and offered nothing to make it right. AVOID.

Ripped me off. This was the 3rd time I bought tires here and this time they screwed me out of $100.00. While I accept some responsibility that i should have read every detail and not just listened to what they said. They got me for an extra 100 this time but they lost a repeat customer. I am also going to tell everyone that I hear talking about getting tires. If you do go here, take your time and get everything clearly in writing up front. Lesson learned for me. Never go here again.

I had tires from Tires.com and had it delivered to RNR. I was sent a confirmation from the company I bought from. Tried all day this last Saturday to call and left several messages so I could set up a time to come in and have the tire put on. I never received a call back, but they closed at 5pm. I went down there to get the tires but found that they closed at 5pm. Thanks Jon Sievers

Very shady owner - told me over the phone they had tire I needed in stock - when I got to the store and they didn't - realized he was just trying to get me there in order to sell me a new tire - called him out on it and he tried to sell me a tire that another customer had already paid for - very unethical!

Excellent customer service. Excellent product, most advanced technology used. Brand new alignment machine. Excellent pricing on used and new and very fast. I pass over 10 tire shops in my way to come to Ameer tires I strongly recommend you try them.

Been going to Lou Weber Tires for 40 years. if you're expecting slick salesmanship and up selling, this is the wrong place. If you're looking for experience and expertise, a fair price and caring (but casual) personnel, this is the place for you. Send my friends there, send the a**holes somewhere else.

Stopped by looking for a used tire. The man was very helpful and had the tire and size I needed. He had the tire gave a good price and before I knew it he had taken off the bad tire and put the new one on. He was courteous, fair and fast. What more can you ask for. By the way I had went to 5 other places with no luck on finding my particular tire, or they were over priced. You need a good used tire, for a fair price with fast and friendly service? Then this is the place to go. Thank you for helping me and my Mom today!
