This is the most unprofessional car dealer I have ever dealt with the old ass man using racist terms got mad because I found out they were trying to scam me. I've had the car a month and they never registered the car, the old ass man is a racist and Brooke is becoming the the same. Hi, we bought car from here about around year ago from here and it within a half year had been nothing but trouble. First off we asked the salesman before bought if it ever was wrecked and if had any salvage title they said no and never wrecked. So we trusted them since seemed nice and honest and with in 24 hours engine overheated and they had replace it but they tried many different attempts to fix the miss fires and shaking and overheating before a month later having to replace engine with another used one. Plus then we paid to have car fax and said car was in a wreck and hit hard in rear of car at 60 mph per hour which they said never wrecked, and bottom of car seats that are metal rails move seat up and down are full of rust never seen that on any car before that I have owned. Plus many other car problems. So I paid 10,000 for this car and needed another engine again. Don't buy anything from this dealer. Plustalked to there mechanics who tried fixing car and they said they never saw car to look at before it was sold to me. So they just sold me car without seeing what was wrong first. Later even a sales guy told me that car never was seen. Shame on this dealer

From the free/cheap transfers so you can select from even MORE than the TONS of cars on their lot, to the low pressure sales model, to the very fair purchase prices offered on our two vehicles, to the super friendly, helpful and accommodating service staff, I can't say a single negative word about the Carmax location on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville. They sold me a GREAT Jeep at a fair rice, no haggling or pressure whatsoever, then when I had a minor issue with the navigation function on my stereo, they easy peasy ordered a whole new unit, even though the Jeep is out of warranty by just a few months. I was fully prepared to be told that it wasn't covered under the 30-day limited warranty that comes with every car at no extra cost, but without so much as a bat of an eye, they handled it amazingly, and I couldn't be HAPPIER! I can safely say that we tested every area of the CarMax business model...having our cars appraised with no intent to trade: they offered us at least as much, if not a bit more than we expected after researching Kelley Blue Book values; transferring the Jeep I finally decided to try, and getting it here in about half the time they said it would take; meeting my sales consultant Barry Vonderau in person and finding him to be a relaxed, easy-going guy with no intention of pressuring me to buy, no follow-up calls to hassle me into hurrying my decision, no typical sales tactics whatsoever, just friendly, helpful and NICE! The 30-day warranty works like they promise, and the service staff (Hal in particular) is very, very friendly and easy to deal with, no frustration or pressure or weasling whatsoever...just upfront openness to address the issue and provide a solution, one that I was VERY pleased with and not at all expecting. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop, like this place can't possibly REALLY be this good...but this may be the ONE TIME that if something seems too good to be true, it really might just BE *that* good!

They are nothing but shady. I bought a car paid in full on owed tag fees and only a month after it's being down and needed a new transmission. Got that. Told the owner is sg motors and then the motor blew so I got a new motor and not even a week after it's fixed I wake up too my car wrongfully taken and I'm supposed to pay 1000 to get it back? They are nothing but frauds and should be shut down
I wish I could give it 0 stars, just about every car this places sells is a lemon. I personally have bought two cars from them, wish I would have gone with my gut and went elsewhere for the second one, the first one the transmission crapped out on me before a year, and i had to replace the ac compressor, all hoses, water pump, and a few other things all withing the first month of having it. Second car water pump, ac compressor, thermostat, starter twice, I take manifold gasket and now the head gasket, have not even had it 6 months. Yes, they will work with you on payments and repairs, but what ever you may have saved by choosing them, you spend double if not more on the vehicle. I am not the only one either! All day long you see cars leaving the lot and days, sometimes hours, later that same car is pulling into their mechanic with the car smoking, or being towed in. It is ridiculous, they need to be put out of business!
Bradley Gardner in the Duval Ford service dept delivered me top notch service. He worked with my work schedule and gave me detailed reports on everything I needed for my vehicle. He tested my car until he found the issue I brought it in for and fixed it. And he gave me service with a smile! ☺
I visited Duval Ford for an oil change, and had the pleasure of having Dave Manning as my service advisor. Dave was both personal and professional. He made sure that all of my needs were met. I had a great customer service experience with Him. And I hope that I get him as an advisor at future visits.
