We were very happy at Swimming Safari at the beginning. Some of the instructors were wonderful. However, some should not be working with kids. An older woman instructor by the name of Chris is definitely one of them. During one session I saw her alternately slapping my child's legs to get him to move his legs. The incident that caused me to decide to leave that swim school was when she forcefully turned my child's head to one side and proceeded to push in his head into the water. When he swam away from her, she shook her head and threw her hands up in the air. If you are easily frustrated and mean, then DO NOT work with kids!!!!!!! A friend of mine mentioned that the day before, another instructor was screaming at her child and scared her. In my humble opinion, Swimming Safari needs to hire people who are patient and kind, who are able to work well with little ones.

Very rude teachers.I give negative Star bcz of teachers behavior. very rude. They never complete 10 mints swimming for my child. They told they do 12 mints though. When we asked with same weekly price all other ISR has Monda to Friday 10 mints. The answer was we do Monday to Thursday 12 mints to cover up Friday. And now another answer in comment below on their fb page.We are totally dissatisfied. Professional is good thing but it's look like only interested in money. They told us they will give credit for class we missed once they msged for that but they didn't give us credit for the class we missed.
