Pizza does not take good.Staff can be rude.Uneducated losers. They get snarky.Do not go there.Stay away.
They are horrible. Often when I place an old lady and she yells. I ask her why she sounds so angry and she tells me that she is busy. OK so what.I ordered a pizza and I asked for thin and crispy but I was cut off by a snarky uneducated snarky young girl.I call back and ask her if got my request and she was sassy and said YES.I get the pizza and it was a thick crust and it tasted nasty.I called the following business day to inform her of the mix up and she got nasty with me and I was told to not call againShe must at least have a GED to work in a place like that. REDNECK.
"Sorry about that" from where I come from (NYC) is code for "F_ck You"! That's what I got from a moronic counter person this afternoon at Renna's, in Ponte Vedra Beach. My wife asked for two slices only if they were fresh. She was told that a fresh pie was just coming out of the oven. Instead of a freshly made slice from a just out of the oven pie, we were served two warmed up slices that looked old and tired, soft and mushy, also short on cheese and sauce. I took them back to the counter where this moron told me that Renna's pizza had a three hour shelf life. He refused to take the two slices back. Needless to say, we'll never eat at Renna's again. We trashed the two slices and drove over to Andiamo's where we sat and enjoyed the most delicious freshly made pie...which took all of five minutes or so to make.
Fantastic food- lasagna and meatballs were great! Fast, friendly staff. Great having a little neighborhood Italian place so close by.
We were in there waiting for an hour for a pizza. Slow slow slow. Only go if you have a ton of time to wait.
The food here is very good for lunch. They have affordable prices and good lunch specials. I usually get a pizza slice, salad, half sub and drink for around $8.00. I have never eaten here for dinner but I plan too soon.
I recently had a TERRIBLE experience at Milano's.I have lived in Jacksonville Beach for over 2 years and have gone there many times and ordered take-out from there many times. I used to think it was a solid establishment and enjoyed supporting their business.Thursdays is $1 beer and $1 slices night and I have gone often. The beers are usually served in pint glasses, but last night they were served in plastic cups the size of child dixie cups. I asked the server what the deal was and she apologized profusely saying they aren't normally like that. I asked to speak with a manager to see what the deal was. I overheard her telling the manager I was unsatisfied, but she returned to my table and told me the manager would not come to my table to speak with me. At this point I was VERY offended. I was a patron of this place for 2 years, and this is the treatment I get??I asked the server to tell him again how unhappy I was, but he refused to come over. I asked her the name of the manager and she said his name is Al.AL, I HOPE THE BAD REVIEW IS WORTH IT. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT NEXT TIME, JERK.I will now happily take my business to Brucci's which also offers $1 beers and $1 slices on Thursdays.
