        First time we used their servi...

        First time we used their services we had a 4+ star experience, BUT we received a call this morning that our cleaning scheduled for today wouldn't be happening. Tomorrow is our son's two year old birthday party and we are left scrambling. Negative experience is far outweighing the positive.
