Adventure Landing Jacksonville Beach

Adventure Landing is the way to go for entertainment and fun. There is plenty of family fun and attractions to keep the whole family engaged.

So much fun. The water park is great. If you live in the area a season pass is the way to go.

I also had my 5 year old's birthday here last year, easy and fun!

My friends and I went to the Hall of Terror and Haunted River Ride over the weekend and it was awesome! It was really cool that they had two different attractions. They were way cheaper than any of the other local haunted houses and there was a lot more to do than just the Halloween stuff. We all played around in the arcade on Dance Dance Revolution. Once you get there, you realize there's a lot of stuff to do like feeding the gators (which was neat because they are so little and get excited), eating at both the diner and the candy shop, playing mini golf, go-karts and a bunch of other stuff. We couldn't do everything we wanted that night so we're making plans to do another weekend out!

I'm a former employee of the company, and I disagree on how they treat their staff. Please do not get me wrong I think what they offer to public is great, a little expesive but still not to bad. I mainly disagree with the company when it comes to having their employees scheduled, modify the schedule and not telling their staff. I believe that the company does not care about their staff then they do not care about the public. Further more the specials that the park has the staff doesn't know and are told to say contact who ever scheduled your activity. What kind of company is this if they don't communicate with their staff on a continual bases? Do they not realize that their staff is the face of the company, and need to know whats going on? Does the company meet with their staff other than managment? Do they realize with out their staff they don't have a sucessful company? The answer to these questions are, no they don't care. All they want is the consumer dollar at any cost. Also I do not think that a manager at the age of 17 or 18 is apporiate as well, they do not have enough experience the work force to be in that position. Why as I consumer am I going to trust an 18 year old with an issue concering the park, when they have no knowledge of customer serivce skills? Finally Adventure landing does not have a policy on how to treat their consumer nor how to give the best experince by using a consumer's name three times, nor asking is their anything else I can help you with? The company as far as I am concerend does not care about the "guest", but how much many can they spend during their stay. As a former employee and a consumer I do not trust the company nor will I spend my earned dollar.

I love going to Adventure Landing with my children. There is alot to do with the kids. Favorite thing is the go carts

great way to cool off during the summer and also really fun at Halloween.
