Starbucks Coffee

I just moved to the area and was very happy to find a Starbucks, but after several visits.. I do not go to this one anymore... The staff is friendly, but they don't seem to know much about Starbucks policy. My last visit they did not want to give me my free coffee with the purchase of a bag of coffee.. finally they did, it was extremely cold and chunky(grounds on the bottom), I also got a cake, which was old and hard.

While Starbucks is typically consistent all around, this one seems to never have adequately gotten off its feet after it opened. Its baristas don't seem well-trained, and the coffee isn't very good.
