Service

The employes at this company are rude. Disrespectful and want to be right with out listen to the client's opinion. What ever happen to listen to the customer and resolve the customer issues?? The people in this company have no clue how to listen and comply with customer needs. I will never order from this place again and I will make sure I post my opinion in every social media website

Overall
Been waiting for 2 plus weeks ...

Been waiting for 2 plus weeks for a $30 part form Arkansas Power to fix my compressor, called today to find out when it will be here, was told item was out of stock, when asked why I wasn't notified, lady rudely stated that company policy is to notify customer if part is more than 30 days out and would be in any day. I asked if she thought this was good business to leave customer in limbo like this, without asking she then told me she was refunding my money and hung up, I called back and asked to speak to a manager, she again stated rudely, I am the manager and hung up on me.

I purchased a Kawasaki Lawn Mo...

I purchased a Kawasaki Lawn Mower Aug 2011. One of the selling points was that I was told that they only service what they sell, and I'd have no problems getting my mower serviced/worked on. March 2012 (7 months later) When I call to have my Mower Serviced, They told me that they don't service the lawnmower I paid over 600 dollars for. They Lied! The only reason they got a star because 0 wasn't an option.



I'm sure they are ok in the part's area, but you can go online and get whatever parts you need.
