        Overall

        Very poor!!,, shame on them. I adopted a a rescue dog that they have been working with and they wouldn't give me the medication this dog needs. Shouldn't they help the animal first and foremost

        Very kind and easy to deal wit...

        Very kind and easy to deal with. The vets and techs get right down on the animals level and talk to them and really show how much they care for the animals. Very pleased.
