Really deserves a negative rating!
Looks are very deceiving! Place looks really nice, but services/care are a totally different story.
But then when the owner has questionable morals in regards to the care of her own dogs, it is not at all surprising. Attitude appears to be that is not a show dog with a pedigree not worth the time nor care!
Best to avoid unless you condone cruel treatment of animals, which the owner cares only about show results & the heck with the 'feelings' of the animals!
I wish there was a box for 0 stars. We dropped our dog off healthy and happy on Saturday. On Tuesday they bathed the dog and all was well, then later during the rest of the grooming noticed something wrong. They commented to each other
(their quote) and never mentioned it to us. We picked him up on Tuesday evening. After we got home we noticed he was injured. An emergency visit to the vet revealed trauma. We had to have our show quality pure bred German Shepard Dog neutered due to injury. Talking to the people at Cedar Creek Pet Resort, they verified he was well on Tuesday morning and not well later. They could not tell me what happened and when. If they are taking such good care of my family, why can they not know what happened. Jackie told me maybe it was a chemical reaction, well I've never seen a chemical cause a bruise. I can only imagine what my dog went through. Cedar Creek does not want to take responsibility for what happened.
I will never take another pet their nor will I ever recommend this place for anything. The place looks and sounds nice,
but looks are certainly deceiving.
