C & P customer service is terrible. These owners behavior is like black women doesn’t have a choice, therefore, we can treat them like crap. Your merchandise is targeted for black women, but you disrespect the very customers who has made your business thrive. No more, buy your hair care products from BOBSS.

There was a lady there, I'm not sure what her name is, but she had the most beautiful afro. I myself am transitioning from relaxed back to natural hair for the second time. The first time I transitioned, I was young with absolutely no patience. I didn't know how to maintain natural hair. I used all the wrong products, which made my hair hard and brittle, so I ended up relaxing my hair after only a few weeks. I decided approximately 6 or 7 months ago to give it another try. While transitioning, I receive monthly sew-ins and I always leave hair out in the front for a more natural look. My problem with that was the natural texture of my hair. It.would always curl up, even after I would apply heat to it, so I went to Angel Beauty Supply on millbranch and sought out help from this woman with this beautiful afro. I figured she would know what she was talking about and she did. I told her my dilemma and she suggested a serum. It was a LITTLE expensive she warned, but we'll worth it. I used the product as soon as I returned home and it worked MAGIC. You only need a small amount, which was great. Apply it to your hair by sections and use your flat iron to straighten it. My own natural curly hair was completely transformed. It matched the Russian Bundle I bought perfectly. That beautiful lady with that beautiful afro completely saved my life. Lol. The product I used by the way, is called Heat Protector Straightening Serum by Inter Cellular (IC) Fantasia. Works wonders ladies.
This place deserves no stars! The staff here is extremely rude & I do not recommend anyone to spend money with this company. I called this store because I was looking for a specific product and the man who answered the phone answered me quickly then hung up in my face which kept me from asking him my next question about a different product. I called back 5 mins later and was cussed out before I could even ask a question because he saw my number on the caller id. I handled myself in a professional manner on both calls so I deserved to be treated in a professional manner.
I rate this beauty supply a 2 because they may have all the beauty supplies (wigs, hair, etc.) we African Americans need, they can aleo take our money but they do not have a public restroom for us. I feel you can at least provide a restroom for your paying patrons!
I would suggest you go to another Beauty and Beyond. December 2014, I received the worst service EVER at a beauty store. The Iranian clerk has a fresh mouth and is very rude (not only to me but others). I had witnessed it in the past but it had NEVER happened to me.We had a price verification and the same item had two prices, THEY chose to sell it at the higher price even though it had been marked in error.I was debating with my daughter as whether to get it and our other items or not.The clerk interrupted OUR conversation (after I told her that I would NOT be buying my items) and told me that I could shop elsewhere.She decided to leave her items as well. Went to Beauty and Beyond on Lamar and had better items and lower prices including the price of the item that they had UPCHARGED. There, it was the same low price that they had attempted to sell it to us at the larger amount, 30% higher.I will not be patronizing that location. I was a regular, imagine what they would do to a stranger. The clerk was in his late 50-60. I am glad that IT happened to me because now, I see it is the atmosphere of THAT location. Trust me, I was disappointed.
This was only my second time shopping at this location (bc I don't reside in that area) & my LAST !! The staff was very rude & unprofessional. It was a difference in pricing since the last time I purchased their product/service. Instead of the woman informing me of the price change, she automatically stereotyped me, accused me of lying, and made a unnecessary scene in front of my daughter & other customers. I immediately asked for a full refund & vowed to "never" shop in their store again. The owner &/or manager need to practice & maintain a professional & humble attitude at all times. And most importantly start appreciating & treating their customers with respect & dignity. After all, it's the "customers" that is enabling them to keep their business open !!!
