I really like that this Starbucks has a drive thru. This is the main reason I went to this location. I ordered a French Vanilla Latte. But I was not asked if I wanted milk or cream. All I was asked is what size I wanted. On the cup it said Hazelnut/Vanilla. And let me tell you, it didn't taste like Vanilla at all. It was straight up Hazelnut. Don't get me wrong, it was good coffee. It just wasn't what I wanted.
We really enjoyed getting to hear Dagger play Saturday night. And we had some really great drinks here too! The only thing I wish is that the music started a little earlier. 10:00 start time seemed a little late to us. It would have been better if it had started at 8 or 9.
Love this place, been 6 times and have tried something dif each time. Each meal was great. Service was soso. I understand its a busy place, but I like my glass kept full. And we had to sit and wait for the bill and then wait for them to come back to table to get bill, then wait for them to cash us out. Need to come up with a dif system with as busy as the servers are.
Charged $14 for 2 as a cover charge for a band that never arrived. Service was terrible and the martini my wife ordered was even worse. Obviously, even though there is a cocktail menu, the bartender only knows how to pour beer. We went to this establishment specifically for corned beef and cabbage as it was st. Patrick's day. The corned beef was deli meat and not corned beef. As we left, we asked for the cover charge back since there was no band and were told tge cover was for st. Patrick's day. For what I have no idea. Terrible experience and will not be going back.asked for money back they said
I went to Jackson Tennessee Perkins on cannot drive for my first time and I ordered a cheese burger and with nothing else and was changed $7.99 just for one cheese burger and I'm 62 years old I will not go back.
Went to Cheddars yesterday and received the absolute worst service ever!!!! Trey Palmer is not a good manager and needs to take a few courses in Customer Service. We were chased down and yelled at by a wait staff in front of our children and a restaurant full of guests. To add insult to injury the waiter Danielle follows us to the front of the store and continues to down talk us in front of the guests that are arriving and the other manager on duty Marissa until the other staff has to escort her to the back. I have never felt so belittled in my life especially as a paying customer. They have definitely lost my business.
Everything from being seated to finally getting food was slow. They ran out of stuff so I really didn't get what I wanted
Got weekend prime rib for two. Meat cold. Meat tough. Potato cold. Coffee cold. No rolls. NOT like Nashville.
Coffee great. Like outside seating. Eggs always scorched when I order makes me gag.
For the most part this is a very good coffee shop. They just need a little better setup for those waiting on their drinks. You just kind of have to over to make sure you see when you drink hits the counter as they don't call out your name like they are supposed to.
