        Overall

        They charged me what amounts to a $200 service call to install a $10 part. They are prompt but ssome work was questionable. Tried to sell me a $500 blower motor I did not need, Be careful about using their seasonal maintenance service, it doesn't cover some things you think it should and you are left holding the bag.
