To Whom It May Concern:My wife had an appointment at 2pm today 6/11/15. We arrived on the dot and checked in. We waited for 46 minutes before her name was called to see a representative, any more than that and we would have walked out of your facility. Upon getting into the reps office, I asked this person if a wait of 45 minutes was acceptable, Her reply ( Don't complain to me!), Obviously not the right answer I was expecting.. I then asked her to get her manager, which she did. The manager popped around the corner and I asked her if a 45 minute wait was acceptable. She replied "Well we are a little short handed and she was sorry for the wait"Now its two people who work there really do not care about patients that come in your door. If this person was scheduling personnel she should schedule breaks, lunches and appointment times concurrent with the personnel she has on hand. Do not, repeat, Do not schedule as with a full staff. The person who responded with Don't complain to me needs to go to school on how to handle complaints.
