The man who did the repairs was efficient and knowledgeable. He was professional and courteous. The issue lies with the inflated cost of repair. I paid over $170 to have a $4 fuse installed. With out the coupon it would have been over $200. The base visit is about $60. The fuse was listed on the repairmans invoice on his laptop as $40 or $50. I can't remember exactly and I was not given a bill or copy of the invoice. This was rediculous! I was backed into a corner and had to pay an outrageous fee for what I thought would be about a $100 repair. Also, sears. ...stop with the hard sell. From the time my husband called (tried to sell cabinets to him) to the time the repairman/warranty salesman left we felt like we were in a time share presentation. Cool your jets! I'm in sales myself and that was a turn off. The warranty quotas aren't going to keep your company in the black.
