I love the center. My children have been going there since they were 6 months and they are now 6 yrs old. She is underpriced and even I have told her that. Care for your child like it’s her own while still remaining professional. I wouldn’t know where to place my children if she wasn’t open. My criteria for a good caregiver was Christian, Affordable, Attentive to my children, and just like my grandmother if possible (who was also a caregiver and If alive I would drive 45 minutes one way to let her keep them). I was lucky to find JoAnn and her staff when i did and it’s just a plus to know she teaches them as well. Great place.

I love it!! I’ve had two children to attend KUK and they loved it as well! My oldest is 13 now but my youngest still attends after school care. Before my 8 year old started school, she was learning off the charts at daycare. She was counting in Spanish, writing her name, knew her colors, bible verses and so on! Actually, I sent her to headstart and took her out because she had forgotten some of the things she had learned at daycare (they weren’t teaching a thing at headstart)!! When it was time for her to go to elementary she was passed advanced!! So I would recommend parents that are all for their children learning and not just being kept to send their children to KUK! Best choice ever!
Mrs. Dee is very good with children. My son now knows how to count and he is prepared for Headstart.
Love it hope for my son to be going there and hopefully he love it and get to meet knew kids and have fun and enjoy it
Byram Learning Center is the best around!! They have the most caring staff that I have ever encountered. They are very trustworthy and just down right good people! To the post above about Caraleigh. We adore Caraleigh and felt so comfortable leaving our new born with her. There aren't many daycares that have mature, experienced teachers, especially in the baby room. We trusted her from day 1 and she never made me question her care. I LOVE the fact that she plays Christian music in the baby room. If that is the only reason you pulled your child out of BLC then that's your loss. Your child will NEVER receive better care than he/she was at Byram Learning Center!!
4k is a great class, teacher is awesome
Ms Beauty, I hate you feel that way but the experience I have at Jerry's Little Lambs is wonderful and my daughter has learned and is learning a lot. she have been attending the center for 3 years and That still remains. The owner is very nice and understanding. She's far from money hungry. If you what to really know the truth, for what she charge and the way she teach them, she's the one losing. The center is clean and is GREAT LEARNING EVIRONMENT! What some people fail to realize is that the learning process of a child goes further then just the center he/she attends. If the parent is not reinforcing what was taught then of course the child will have a harder time catching on. so don't make false statements because THE LORD is watching you and knows the truth. So if there's anyone out there looking for a learning center take them to Jerry's Little Lamb. Thank you.....
Not the best place if you want your kids to learn. It's a daycare and far from a learning center. Your child will be babysat all day and that's it. Reasonable cheap weekly daycare dues, BUT the owner is MONEY HUNGRY!!! You expect to save, but every time you look around, the owner wants extra money on something. Might as well place your child somewhere else if you're going to always pay extra money here. And oh yea, the owner doesn't provide receipts after you pay.
This is one of the best child care centers in Jackson and surrounding areas. The owner is a compassionate and highly qualified person very much concerned about the welfare of all children, not just the children she serves. She is a certified teacher with a degree in kindergarten through 8th grade. She get' amazing results from her children, both academically and socially. My child and her child attended Prep Company. My daughter is a department head at one of the local universities and my grand daughter is an honor student at a local high school. I can go on & on & on.
I'm not a fan. My homegirl sent her daughter there and walked up and a little baby was standing outdside knocking on the door. He had got out and nobody knew. Who was watching them kids? She said every week there was a new worker because the ower can't keep nobody. They just not professional. Anytime you be doing hair in front of the kids, and talking about your boyfriend, you don't have time to watch nobody kids. The owner take anybody with a voucher. She hood too! I'm surprised they still open. I only gave it one star because you have to at least do that!
