I was blown away with the exceptional service Martel Braymer provided! He knows how to build a great rapport with clients and is genuinely dedicated to satisfying each individual need. He is not only sincere but extremely personable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from a great dealership. Martel is knowledgeable and truly cares about the impact he has on his clients. I love my Honda Accord and I couldn't have made the purchase through a more qualified company.
I have not been satisfied with the service department. Always trying to nickel and dime, and recommending services that in my opinion are not necessary. They do not provide loaner cars and are not very quick in returning the car. Used a coupon for service once and it included an inspection. The invoice had around a $70 charge for an inspection. When I asked why that was not included in the coupon, I was told that the inspection I was charged for was more thorough than the one on the coupon--they are both visual inspections. Hope it was worth it...I will never return, will never recommend and will never buy a car there.
