I am a former employee. And I had been having problems with bullying and harrassment since I first started working there. A manager stole money from my cash register, they talked about me and another employee because we did not engage in drama with them. They framed me to make it look like my drawer was coming up short. The GM Eva was yelling in my face and talking rude to me and slammings things down on the counter when I required assisstance. She talked about me in front of customers and all. When I went to the DM Trinidy, she seemed uninterested in what I was saying. She was yelling and getting buck with me in the meeting with me. She was asking me personal things that had nothing to do with the conversation so she could flip it around on me. And she cursed at me in the interview. So when I reported it to human resources. They did nothing but fire me saying that I was being unprofessional (because I told the DM and GM that they were being unprofessional for making fun of my issues in the meeting.) My cousin has worked here in the past and shes experienced the same thing. I was the most professional person they had. The customers loved me and always complained to me about Eva. She didn't like how much the customers liked me. She would stop me from assisting them and tell me (in a rude manner) to do something else. I called HR and they could care less. I had notes, emails, recordings, eye witnesses and they still blamed everything on me. They are all in on it together.
