All services requested for my family member are listed among those on this company's website yet sitters did not provide the services for which they were hired. Sitters were asked to provide baths three times weekly and hygiene care daily yet both were unsatisfactorily performed. Sitters fed the same family-prepared food dishes repeatedly because it was convenient rather than planning and preparing meals as the website states. Either sitters are improperly trained, lazy or both. The owner pushes certain sitters. If those aren't a good fit, she continues to push that sitter rather than expertly matching client and sitter as the website claims. Sitter schedules were not discussed with the client much less a timely schedule provided. When sitters communicated the schedule, the owner became angry and unreasonable. The owner is often unavailable yet insists clients talk with her about scheduling. When changes occur, the client is not notified. When the owner is available, conversations are abrupt and rude at times. Yelling at a client is certainly not beyond the realm of possibility as it happened to us. Office staff preparing invoices and disseminating schedules lack attention to detail provide timely schedule provided.
