Have been dealing with this business and their faulty products (Online Banking, Mobile Banking Apps, Checking Accounts, Phone Lines, And Other Technical Issues) for the past three years. Online and other banking systems with them are CONSTANTLY crashing and restarting, or all together unavailable. Simply urging remaining and current customers to keep calling and discussing these matters with them, until they get them worked out. We know how much they enjoy hearing from people and working on their products for them.
These people care nothing for NO ONE. They won't return calls, emails and they run the office like they can't be touched. Ask to speak to a supervisor and you'll get Carolyn Mason's voicemail telling you that "You can't leave a message"! What a crock of BS!!!! I see why no one wants to accept a voucher now. Very lazy people.
Run!!!! Don't use this bank. They have more computer failures/errors than any bank. Almost all of my family banks with them. I can not access my account/money due to their continuous system errors. Twice I have been put an embarassing situation because my card was declined due to their system errors/failures. I have never heard any other banks having theses same issues. Anybody with common sense would know to have a backup system for times like these. I understand the whether is bad, but they should have had a backup system.
