Her knowledge and follow up made my choice a lot easier for me. She is heads above the best in relation to the other Apts I looked at in the area.

I absolutely love the hair here. I have purchased at least about 4 times. The front clerks are very helpful and courteous, however I cannot say the same for one of the hair stylist that I set up an apt with. I had an 8 am apt and she basically cancelled on me without a notice. I waited on her nearly an hour before i decided to send a text to find out what was going on and she pretended to not have received confirmation that I was still coming and that she had went back to bed AND will not be coming anytime soon. She was extremely unprofessional about the matter and told me that I was the one who wasted her time and that someone else could've had my spot... As if I did not set up an apt, show up ON TIME, and wait all that time to get my hair done. VERY inconsiderate. I love the hair but I will have it applied elsewhere for now on.
I showed Shane a picture of what I wanted, and he did the opposite. Last time I checked, multi toned streaks look nothing like an ombré. And when he was finished (and new he didn't give me what I had asked for) he scheduled an appointment for me to have it fixed on a Saturday. This salon is only open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Also, my appointment was at 1:30. He told me I would be out of there well before 4, so I could make it on time to work. When it was around 3:45, he told me he would call my boss lady and let her know I'd be late, since he "knew her personally". When I arrived to work (thirty minutes late) my boss hadn't heard anything from anyone and didn't even know the SOB. I don't know what I did to deserve what happened to me.Be warned of this cross dressing lunatic.
Not ideal for large orders. This was a lesson learned. Never pay before you get your shirts .
I had heard good things about this stylist and decided to make an appointment. Once I made the appointment, I called a few days prior to confirm the appointment and services I would be receiving. I made these confirmation calls on a Friday and Saturday...days I would expect most stylists would be working, but there was no answer.After repeated attempts to reach the stylists to confirm, none of my calls were answered and none of them were returned.I began to think that maybe the stylist forgot the appointment or perhaps she would not be there when I arrived. Because of this, I planned to call about an hour before the appointment on the day of the appointment. I did this, but still no answer and no call back? She was totally unresponsive. Since I was coming a relatively long distance, I wanted to touch base with her before I came by as to avoid a wasted trip and I wasn't sure if she would be at the shop since she never answered her phone.I decided to take a chance and go to her shop anyway.Admittedly, I was late getting to the shop, but this was because I had to pull over to keep trying to reach her on the phone before arriving and she wasn't picking up. Had she answered an hour before I called, I would have been on time, but she didn't.When I arrived at the shop, the stylist was rude and had forgotten my appointment. This was just as I had expected. Her behavior was a complete turn-off. It was one thing to fail to answer a business line and to forget my appointment, but it was quite another thing to be rude about it. How unprofessional...Based on my experience, I felt it could only go downhill from there and I decided not to go through with the appointment.I don't know about you guys, but I like a beautician who I can talk to so that I can let them know what I want. If I can't get what I want when it comes to my hair, them it's just not worth it.
