I had a great experience with this dealership! The main salesman, Danny, was most helpful and knowledgeable. The building was not the best, but I did not go for the building. They were quick to help me with issues, I had and I will use them again.
I’d highly advise you stay away from them, if you are still consider buying from them I’d advise you keep doing your research online. I wish I had done more before I sent them money. They are super shady …. Oh and to add to the shadiness … they go by several names like Southern Remarketing LLC, Jackson Lease Sales, southern-remarketing, totalsalessolutions… and who knows what else. I wouldn’t trust Dan Dale as far as I could throw him ….So how’d they screw me? Well I bought was listed on eBay and Dan Dale had a long youtube video which seemed super through. When they actually shipped the truck to me I quickly discovered how many outright lies there were in it. I never signed any paperwork from them, they have my money, the truck is sitting in my drive and now I can't get them to call me back. The ONLY reaction I got is that after I messaged them pointing out the lies in the video …. they removed the video from eBay. This truck often wont shift into reverse, it leaks oil like a sieve and the "rust free southern truck” they liked to talk about has rust holes in the bed I could put my head through. If you buy from them make sure to very thoroughly inspect in person. If you can’t hire somebody local to go and do an inspection.
Buyer Beware, Seller sells on ebay, misrepresents condition of auction rv's, makes promises and doesn't deliver. Has you travel across the country and discover the unit is not at all as described, missing parts, corroded, rotted. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
I love my vehicle! One of the Best decisions I have made this year! Great ride, few miles, and I don't worry about getting stranded great gas saver too. David Freeman sold me my vehicle, he was nice and honest. I am blessed and happy.
I emailed City Motor many times asking about a truck. I dropped by to look at the truck and know one would help me. The lady's at the first office as you walk in is rude. They proceeded to talk in a most rude and vulgar manner. The words they used are commonly referred to by their first letter by people with manners. I doubt that this is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to them soon before your business suffers. All of us need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is there turn.I couldn't believe my ears. The two Lady's seemed to think it was funny. I don't know how many people they has offended, but I found it so offensive. I personally feel they has no place interacting with the public when they lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness. Never been to a car lot that looks so unclean.

VERY POOR SERVICE PROFESSIONALISM NOT VET FRIENDLYStay clear of Watson Quality Ford whether you are an average joe or a US Veteran, Watson will bait and switch you, they will belittle you, treat you like the village idiot when you catch them screwing you in the bait and switch to go from a new car to a used lemon with a hard money loan in which they get 50% split with the HM Lenders. The service dept will not do anything to your vehicle and then blame you. And the General Manager Cliff Mitchell will come out and tell you that you the customer is lying and Watsons team is choir boys because of their 35 years history. While treating you like the village idiot and belittling you. If I were Mr. Watson I would be greatly concerned as each GM, and other people on my dealer's team is representing me, and Watson is liable for everything done in his name. Totally irresponsible to call your customers liars without investigating the situations. In fact, I am not a village idiot, and I have proof, and a lawsuit is in the works a Federal Lawsuit under United States Code. - Being the humble person that I am, I am waiting 30 days to give Watson a chance to humble themselves and make things right and stop treating me very poorly, belittle me and making false claims and calling me a liar. PS You guys do not realize that the average Joe is smarter than you give them credit for as we can see a scrubbed reputation a mile away and the funny part about it is when you lie and use your long history reputation as your defense. I will say that there is a shocking revelation to your reputation history along with when you pay companies to scrub it clean on the net it still is there just hidden, and when you settle with people out of court there is still a paper trail, and when you smile and jerk people off in exchange to change their honest review there is still a digital trail.
