Get the fish and chicken plate--very good. Two sides come with that. I usually get two cole slaws because I love their cole slaw. Goes great with a medium Dr. Pepper. Like the vinegar and tartar sauce too. The food is great and affordable. The service can be a bit slow at certain times of the day. The older cashier lady is very nice.
My name is Debroah Foster ,I went to the restaurant on Northside Drive,And I couldn't believe what was going on . The cook walked out and had to wait for my food for 45 min 2 girls got onto it about to fight in front of me and other people then the young lady got into it with a guy at the drive thru window and threw the food on the counter . I couldn't believe how bad the service was . I hope no one go to that place. Suppose to be Family-friendly but it was Jerry Springer action. And if u need to repeat my number 6013983846 never seen nothing like it the day Saturday 4:00 12,3,16 .......
I enjoyed the atmosphere clean and friendly service. Their burgers are just that what a burger. ...
Horrible experience.. Bad attitude **Tasha** the manager dont have manner . I will never stop there
I've only eaten at this Wendy's a couple times, but each time has been a terrible experience. I've always went through the drive through. The first time it was late around 11 o'clock, and I think they were closing up. They took my order. But then made me wait 15 minutes for my food, which is understandable since it was closing time. My nuggets were good, but my fries were cold and unsalted. I did appreciate them making me food so late. Tonight was the second time I've eaten there. I ordered a 4 for 4 and it was around 9 o'clock. After I had already left, I noticed that I was only given 3 nuggets instead of 4. My fries were burnt, cold, and unsalted. Actually, all of my food was cold. There was also a huge piece of chewy gristle in one of my chicken nuggets. The food was just gross. I like Wendy's, but I would not recommend going to the one off of Woodrow Wilson Ave in Jackson.
the thing that like about this job it enough money to do the right thing all the thing do have with good thing
I wouldn't give it one star but I had to to write this review. Watch the people making your food they will intentionally mess it up so when you complain they can spit on it.
I have always enjoyed coming to this location, but after the way I was treated this morning by the shift leader I will never spend my money there EVER again. Not only did I have to wait 2 minutes at the order board when I decided to pull to the window I was ignored repeatedly. When I finally had a chance to ask if she was taking orders her rude and unprofessional tone really was the nail in the coffin. I was able to talk with the Manager and she was very concerned and courteous about the situation evening apologizing for the young lady even though she wasn't in the wrong.
Love this chicken! So delicious!
This has by far been the worst job experience ever. I have proudly been an employee of McDonald's for exaxtly 2 years and 1 day. I have had the opportunity to work at 3 different locations including this one. The managers are rude for no reason, most of them are irresponsible because they forget to order things like french fry sleeves and cups, the crew members are lazy, the shift managers can't even work together as a team to finalize a set schedule for the week, and most of the employees go to work high. I was working there for 6 weeks and never received a proper McDonald's uniform. There were plenty of times where I walked all the way from Jackson State University eager to work just to be sent home due to "too many workers" even though my name was on the schedule . On Thursday, May 7th, 2015, I was wrongfully terminated. The General manager who fired me couldn't even tell me the exact reason to why as she fired me. After I went outside to calm down, I calmly walked back inside to sit down, charge my phone, and wait for my ride. A few minutes later, a random police came through to purchase some water. The GM then tapped my shoulder, and told me that she called the police because I was a threat to her store. After she told me that, she then walked to up to the police and told him that I needed to be escorted out because I was a threat to the store. I wouldn't budge because I had every right to sit in that store and patiently, calmly wait for my ride to make a U-turn to come pick me up after she turned back flips with her eyes closed to get me to work on time. The police snatched my arm, grabbed my shirt and I ended up shirtless in the store I also ended up pantsless too. A few moments later after I was sent away in a cop car, my ride showed up. A manager told my ride that the reason I got arrested was because I was mad because I was fired for being 30 mins late. I forgot to mention earlier in this post that at 4:00am, I received a call saying that I come in at 5:00pm. The police came in at 5:37pm and I arrived at the scene at 4:56pm. This was a form of being publicly humiliated by the General Manager and I really hope that the owner of the store sees this post. To the people seeking employment; this is definitely a place to work at. You will be hired to be fired. Thank you for your attention.
