I had been waiting 5 weeks for the repair person assigned to me to fix my air conditioning unit. Mis-diagnosis, disappearing for days at a time, generally making me miserable!I demanded my warranty company reassign the job and they assigned it to Davis. They came out in the morning, reported the issue to the warranty company, and were back out the same afternoon to fix it. They explained everything to us and showed up on time. I will be using then again!

Don't know what's wrong with these other reviews! These guys are fabulous!!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The trouble I had was with Samsung letting them know that I needed them to be dispatched to fix my refrigerator. The scheduler was also very courteous and respectful. A+++

This company has the worst customer service we have ever experienced! The woman who does scheduling is extremely rude and very unhelpful. They called to tell us when they would be here to repair our fridge. They never asked if it would work with our schedule, yet the appointment was in the middle of a work week between the times of 11am and 4pm!!! My husband called back to reschedule and they procede to tell us that they have to check with the service tech. We never received a call back. My husband called back and received a rude response, full of huffing and puffing, and was told they "hadn't had time to do it yet". Two days later we still hadn't received a call back. He again calls and receives another extremely rude response from this individual saying the ticket had been open too long and Samsung had now canceled it! This has to be the worst customer service we've ever received. This back and forth has gone on for over two months! We still have a freezer that is not working. I would never use this company! I will be contacting Samsung regarding the use of another company to do the repairs. If I could give this company negative stars I would!!
This place deserves a negative number of stars ! Rude, Unprofessional, and on and on and on.. These folks are part of the reason that America is in so much trouble today..GE is a major company and they depend on folks like this for Warranty issues ! Really GE y'all suck too !.. This is pathetic .. What is up with people today.. I have phone records to prove all of the things I say .. So what is your response Powers Repair ?? I say your company is Pathetic.. GE will be hearing from me too and they will get very negative feedback for you, your people and your company name .. Almost a month without a Washer at our house.. Did someone say, Powers Repair really sucks.. Yes they do !
The only reason why I rate Powers Repair one star is because the system does not allow me to rate it NEGATIVE 5 stars! Powers Repair provided the most awful customer service I have ever experienced. The technicians have very poor knowledge of what they are doing. Their service is not professional at all. Additionally they are very rude, they are not at all willing to answer customers' question (I believe that it because they are not able to answer questions professionally.) I would never recommend this vendor to anybody.
