Do not go here unless you want a psychotic disrespectful experience with Rose the older lady with the Bosnia assent is rude an will talk down customers. The food is good but she will have you running out the restaurant. She billeteled me for not understanding her when she described a three slices of ? What cheese or bread grill cheese. After trying to understand her she go mad at me an said "how in the hell do you not understandwhat I'm saying." I dared to go back two days later. ROSA at first ignored me smiling an taking orders from people behind me. I asked her if she seen me. She replied yes I see you your a waste of my time these ppl have to be back to work. Do you work? Where do you work? Rant an raged at me. Surprizling I said nothing turn around an left an started to cry. The owner knows of rudeness an stated she was acting psychotic.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Took and hour and a half for the pizza to be delivered. I opened the box to find that half or more of the cheese had slid off the pizza and was a big cold "gob" in the corner. I Think it had been dropped. I ordered one half cheese only and sausage and mushrooms on the other as my daughter only likes cheese. The topping were all over. The sausage tasted as if had come out a frozen bag(not fresh!) the cheese was like rubber. We ended up eating cereal. Very disappointing! They told me they would refund the money but have not seen yet. Ordered on 07/27/2016

Klavons! What did you do to your recipe? Why tweak your recipe ? I was told to be "more modern" by your manager. I drove 50 minutes and brought a friend and bragged up your pizza and restaurant! I was so disappointed. I sent both pizzas back. Each time they came out doughy and no filling. It was mostly uncooked dough with little to no filling. Cutting back like this is costing you business. I won't be back unless I am promised a stellar experience and one is delivered! Very disappointed! Ann Arbor, MI

Waited over and hr for pizza so i call.. Employee was down right rude when i have a email confirmation with time the order was placed on it... finally get the food and it was cold not even cut all the way and disgusting... I didnt even eat it... Poor Poor Customer Service!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I love it!!! Never EVER had cockroach pizza, so it probably came from that ladies home. They have great deals, prices, and most importantly...PIZZA!!!Take my word for it!!!

was a loyal customer for over a year. placed my usual order for the family and went to pick it up and when I got home there was a cockroach crawling on it. when I returned it they blamed it on us and refused to give any refund when I started telling there customers who were coming in about my pizza and people were leaving they finally gave me a refund. I do not have cockroaches in my home and will never give them my business again.
