Overall

The Body Shop is incredible! Greg and his team do top notch work! They have done work on my car multiple times and it was always great! They do all the paperwork with the insurance company so you don't have a worry. They are always going above and beyond. They give me the best advice as to what's in my best interest even doing thing just as a courtesy.

Just purchased a 2013 Focus, everything went smooth, got a decent value for my trade plus a great APR, much better than one I have line up. the sales person Curtis Watson was great, Sales Manager Matthew Botsford was even better. A+

What a great place to buy a ca...

What a great place to buy a car. Friendly, knowledgeable service, and great value.

I went in for a n oil change , ended up with a new leased car with no payments for 2 year and $2500 cash back. I am not sure if it was a error...but I took it and ran. I love the new Focus. Thank Yoy all!!

I took my F-150 in to have the...

I took my F-150 in to have the gas strap replaced on the recall. it was in half and hanging off. a week later I noticed gas leaking. I called the service center back the woman was rude and short with me but told me to bring it in. The next morning I brought it in 4 hours later I was told it was leaking where the new strap was installed and I need a new tank. but because it wasn't leaking when first brought in they did not inspect the tank like they were suppose to and told me its not covered on the recall warrenty. that I would have to pay for it. they told me it happend in the install then quickly changed it to it was rusted out and the rust shifted. then when I started asking questions they were rude and short once more. seymour ford messed my truck up and don't want to own up to their mistake. they need to fix it. I have contacted Ford Corp. and have not heard back from them. if this doesn't get resolved I will get a lawyer. they advised me not to drive my truck. its all I have and I can not afford to miss any work! they don't know what customer service means or care to know. I would not go there at all! they deserve no stars but had to give one to write this review!

HORRIBLE service and repair sh...

HORRIBLE service and repair shop! Sat there sitting FOR the dealer when I was purchasing a car for them while they ran around saying they would be right with us. Didn't take the time to get to know us just wanted $$$$. When we took it in for a service that we Scheduled and was told would take a hour. We sat for THREE HOURS waiting to get the vehicle!!!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

terrible customer service and shady buisness

Even though we had an appointment the salesman left us waiting for almost 2 hours while he scrambled around to grab new people coming in the door. He spent maybe 5 minutes total with my husband and I before shoveling us off to the finance department to sign paperwork. They changed my leinholder WITHOUT my permission and tried to slide it past me while signing paper work. Absolutely terrible and I hope I never have to return.
