Our washer quit working a few days ago, so I started looking at sears and other places for a replacement. My husband immediately said we were going to Jasons. I have never dealt with this business however so I did not know what to expect. The purchasing process was so easy, the selection was really good.

The owners son and daughter delivered and we're so respectful and courteous! I was genuinely impressed at the manners and integrity these kids had, which says alot about their parents who own this business!

I highly reccomend Jasons appliance. Best in Jackson as far as I am concerned!

1. This is in regards to the gentleman concerned about the fact Jason's New & Used Appliances would not sell over the phone: In this era, with so many being able to get a hold of others bank info., social security number, or credit card info., e.t.c..., off the internet, there is no way this company knows that the buyer on the phone is the person who is the owner of the credit card or bank account they are given out. And with this problem being so rampant, these financial companies have resorted to discontinue the benefit of reimbursing the stolen $. Rather, the people stolen from, have to find the thieves. I know, this has happened to me several times.

2. We have bought from Jason for years, and his honesty, knowledge, through repair over-haul. and warranty keeps us coming back. The cost of buying from him has saved us lots of $ from not buying expensive warranties, over-priced appliances with problems from mass production, and costly repairs. We highly recommend them.

I own apartments and needed a stove for a family near the holidays and he told me he could not sell any appliance over the phone. Not living in the same town as my apartments the family has to go without a stove for the holidays. I hope people read the reviews before buying from Jason's
