This office provided the worst experience I have ever had from Enterprise. I have been an Enterprise Plus member for nearly 8 years and will never rent from the company again after this office's behavior. The branch rental manager Andrea was very condescending and rude, while the other associates were unknowledgable on company policy and procedure. They charged my card, then told me it was declined even though the hold was placed. Then after returning later in the day, I was told THE SAME CARD wasn't accepted, even though I've used it 15+ times in the past year with Enterprise, and 4 times in this office specifically since August 2016. After speaking with American Express, I'm now told the charge could stand for up to 30 days on my account because Enterprise will not clear it. As mentioned earlier, Enterprise has lost any/all future business of mine. The only associate worth mentioning was Amber, she was very kind and has impeccable customer service skills, however, her kindness is not enough to keep my business.
During a recent rental I had the car for a period of 2 weeks, 1 week at first, then I extended 2 times to get to the 2 week duration. Initially I ha to put down a $250 deposit, which I understand. When I went to extend it the first time, I asked specifically how much extra would it cost me to extend the rental for x number of days. They gave me a price that I was OK with. For the next extension I asked the same question. They told me that the price that I was given for the first extension was what was left from my deposit, not what the additional charge was going to be. This ended up costing more that I though it was since they did not communicate it correctly to me.I my option the deposit should be separate from your payments, there only if they need to use it, not something they pull money from. They did not communicate the additional cost to me correctly at all.
BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ! MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAID FULL RENTAL COSTS FOR THE RENTAL. I RETURNED THE CAR ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND THAT FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY I GET A CHARGE OF $157.00 ON MY CARD. I CALL TO ASK ABOUT THE CHARGES AND THEY TELL ME THERE WAS SOME MISSING PIECE ON THE CARS FOGG LIGHT AND THAT THERE WAS A CLEANING FEE FOR SOMETHING ON THE SEAT. NONE OF WHICH ARE TRUE. I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGES AND CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BEAREU! HOW SICKNING, CHARGE MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEN ROB ME TOO FOR UNTRUE CHARGES? SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!
