My family and friends have bought several cars from these people and have received nothing but great customer service! They are very friendly people and all around a great reputable business.
Great place to buy a car. I haven't personally but family has very kind and caring staff. She got a great deal on it and is very happy with her new to her car. Yea they have some cheap cars that need work but come on guys it's a used car dealership. If you spend 1000 or even 2000 expect it to need some work. That's anywhere not just here
This place sells junk.bought 4000 dollar auto and two days later does not run.come to find out 3 open recalls and 5000 in repairs when denied refund from owner when only having car for two days I looked a little tooo late at all the horrible reviews these scammers sell junk that drives off the lot and they're done with you.
I was with Freddy and Wilbur, and experience this service. It was really awful to see and no one deserves to be treated so disrespectfully. Stay true to what you say. If you missed Freddy's story: Put a down payment on a van and showed up to pick it up just to find out "they had no vans available." Terrible service and they lied straight to our faces, stating "that we never talked to them about renting a van."Do not reccomend going here. They are awful.

We had a terrible experience with New Mobility Solutions. We want to share this to prevent anyone from having to go through what we did. Where to begin? How about when I walked in and the salesman told me, "The way the Owner views it, WE have something YOU need. Not the other way around." Hmmmm, I should have walked out right there. I didn't, against my better judgement. We worked with them for several weeks to purchase a handicap van (Toyota Sienna). When we went to pick it up, with the check in hand for the purchase, the AC did not work. They called us back the next business day and told us it had been fixed but they would not guarantee it would stay fixed for ANY length of time -- not even 30 days. Just as all of the other reviews have stated: New Mobility Solutions will TELL you they will help you if anything goes wrong in the near future -- but when I asked them to actually put it in writing, they promptly called me and said they were returning our deposit and that they "sell 20 of these vans a month" -- so they didn't want my business. Wow! The arrogance! I am not cheap, dishonest or difficult to deal with. But I also expect the same of any business I am patronizing -- keep it on the up and up and I will pay a fair price and write you a glowing review and refer everyone I know. Unfortunately, New Mobility Solutions did not do that. When I am spending over $30k for a vehicle, I expect to be treated decently. I am SO GLAD we dodged this bullet. Please steer clear of this business -- in my personal experience they were arrogant, dishonest and not willing to stand behind their product even for a short period of time. On top of that, despite remaining polite and agreeable, they were rude, condescending, and unappreciative of the business. Take your money elsewhere!
We purchased a van 6 months ago from Issac. We have been trying to get a van for over a year, and they were able to help us with financing to get one. We have handed out business cards, and will always recommend Larry and Issac. Thanks
We had a great experience with this company, I am actually surprised to see such poor reviews listed here. We came in with the idea that we would have to spend a ton of money on a Braun Entervan, and Hoover spent multiple hours with us to find out that a full size van was exactly what we needed, and it even saved some money. I have to recommend these guys...
We are having the same problem with them. But ours is the payment issue. Everytime we make a payment the price goes up instead of down. Please go online to better business bureau to file a complaint .
