She ripped me off. She was evasive and deliberately deceptive. She also insulted me on more than one occasion and was condescending throughout the time I worked with her. I was overcharged and didn't receive a result regarding the legal dispute I hired her for. SHAME ON YOU. I'm a member of the armed forces. I'm pursuing a civil suit in an attempt to recover my money. Their secretary smiled as she looked me in the eyes and lied. I don't think I've ever been so terribly treated by any establishment. Calls are not answered and messages aren't returned once they have your money.

I hired Ms. Ruiz Newman back in 2012 to complete a loan modification for me. However she never completed the paper work, As a result my home is now in foreclosure status. I went back to her last month after I was served with the foreclosure documentation. I reacted to fear and went back to her, my mistake . She took advantage of the situation. She overcharged me to represent me in my foreclosure case. She did not advocate on my behalf to get a fair loan modification, she took the first offer that the bank made. The judge is the one that requested for the bank to work with me in modifying my loan. She is very deceptive and not trustworthy. Her tactic is to be caring, understanding and warmed at the beginning so she could get hired. After the contract is signed , she changed completely; she became cold and incompetent. Her staff Millie is very unprofessional, disrespectful, plain rude. She lacks communication skills and trainings. I will not recommend this law firm to anyone.

Ms. Ruiz is a great lawyer. Her office is professional and they were there for me when I need them most.
