We brought our 2001 Classic Airstream to Jackson Center July 11, 2018 due to a leak in the front window. Our local RV dealer attempted to fix twice with no luck. We came the evening before our appointment as Airstream has a camping area next to the Factory. In the AM they move your trailer with a tractor and return it in the evening. Our Service was done by Chris. You are allowed back to the service bay while the work is being done. Chris took time to go over what we wanted done and answered all of our questions. It was a tricky leak to fix but he was successful and no more leak!! Chris was excellent! We had a new tires installed, a new A/C shroud and a few small items taken care of as well. We also took the Plant tour which we highly recommend! There are several vintage Airstreams on the grounds to see. Airstream has a very comfortable waiting area and gift shop. The people at the service desk and front desk were all very accommodating and friendly. If pulling your trailer make sure you know which area to go as there are several Airstream buildings in Jackson Center.

Service department was fast, efficient and professional. I had a 0700 appointment for minor warranty work. At 0700 the tractor was at my terraport site pulling my Airstream into the garage. Every minor detail was fixed, and get this, the technician saw some things that we didn’t mention AND HE FIXED THEM ANYWAY. Incredible world class service.
Outstanding customer service. Each service person was very attentive to our needs and questions. Had a oven taken out and door added for extra space, had some other maintenance items performed. Always a pleasure to go to the “mother ship” for service. Not to mention the 1000 mile trek that we are happy to make for the outstanding service,
We could have taken our AS to a service center less than a 100 miles away but instead opted to drive almost 700 miles to insure the work was diagnosed and serviced right. They were superb across the board - especially our Service Tech Justin: professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Well worth the effort to make the drive.
I made the decision to have my after market three solar panels, charger, Gel Batteries, Wi-Fi booster and Cell Phone Booster installed by the professionals at the Jackson Center Airstream Service Center after several dealers hesitated when approached. Artie Presser exuded full confidence that this was what they do on a daily basis. I was not disappointed. Justin the superb technician who did the job was always wanting me to watch and observe his work as he explained the nuances of the installations. I was sold when I observed him drill out the rivets in my ceiling to drop the wires that he needed to access. When I saw him prop up the aluminum ceiling and him telling me that it was to prevent "canning" or bending of the metal I knew I was working someone who gives a damn. A Pro with a work ethic second to none. On several aspects of the job he made sure that small things like corroding battery clamps were replaced. He showed me how to replace rivets and let me replace a couple. Who knew that these do come loose. Perhaps the greatest service Justin did for me was to explain the Dometic CCC2 Thermostat. Justin is a credit to the Airstream organization. I will make the 7 hour trip in the future for all my major service work. An Airstream owner owes it to himself or herself to make the "pilgrimage" to feel and know that they have an American made product that is definitely "Best in World Class" and a Service Department that cares, is competent and unafraid to show their work to you. I have gone from being a proud Airstream owner to a Proud Airstream owner.
Our 2015 International Serenity Airstream just had a street side facelift and it looks like it just came off the dealers' showroom! Our service tech was Matt, he was great and did a super job. Brad, the service manager and Chris, the service advisor communicated, organized the insurance coverage. A job well done!!
Brad was great as always! Lester done the majority of the work on my trailer this time . He was very professional and meticulous. Garrett also worked on my trailer and was very helpful and took great pride in his work. This was not my first visit to Jackson Center and I'm sure it wont be my last. I had a combination of warranty work and custom work done and was extremely pleased with everyone and everything that I had "the guys" do! I even had the opportunity to meet "the wheel," Mr. Bob Wheeler. Very cordial.
We did not like the layout in our 2009 Classic. We asked to have the table removed and a couch put in. Because of the placement of the furnace, we opted to have the long side couch removed as well and a desk put in.
Our main contact was Chris Burch. Other guys worked with us as well. They were able to start working on it in late January. They asked for us to come up one more time, to make sure everyone was on the same page.
The workmanship is excellent and the desk design is outstanding. They were able to use the wood from the table to make a new end piece, (arm rest) to match the existing one by the door.
All new skylights, resealed roof, fixed a huge dent, new tires, new batteries, and a sweet spot to lounge by!
We cant thank the guys enough for their excellent service, superior craftsmanship and honest work ethic.
We didn't think we could love our Airstream more, but..... this is the icing on the cake! Thanks again!!
