Sophie Alexander is not only the lead practitioner and owner of the Nutritional Wellness Centre but is also a skilled Nutrition Response Testing practitioner. She herself has suffered from Chronic Lyme disease, allergies, and digestive complications that had helped her realize the importance of wellness when standard treatment did not provide any remedy. By using nutritional practices, she not only reached the root of her issues but also alleviated her pain and symptoms. After experiencing these results, she proceeded to study nutrition herself by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and continues on her path of helping people overcome their health struggles, and she has never looked back!
