I've used them 3 times now. Everytime my phone rings off the hook. They take a process that can be very long and difficult with something like Indeed or craigslist and condense it to a short period of time. Through the sheer number of people contacting you, you can hire someone quickly and easily over a period of 2-3 days. They also give you a lot of valuable literature and videos in order for you to get the most out the service. For someone like me who just started hiring sales reps it was pretty much a consulting service totally free of charge. Dmitry also knows the business inside and out I strongly recommend asking him as many questions as you can.

Terrible results with Time to Hire. Prior to your automated campaign beginning they send you the list of resumes they are going to blast emails and phone calls to. I dug through the resumes prior to the campaign and nobody fit the background we look for with our sales people, not even close. Let them know that prior to campaign running and they would do nothing about it. The campaign still rolled and my phone did indeed ring, unfortunately with all the wrong background and not a fit for our basic telemarketing job. They never followed up afterwards to see how the recruiting campaign worked and I can only assume they don’t care. Total waste of money as a $20 Craigslist ad works way better.
