The only place I bring all my dogs. Dr Donovan is the best! Always get the best care when I bring my babies here. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Never have any trouble with making appointments my babies always get the best care here

Awful. My Finch was pretty sick, so I called and asked they if they had a vet that knew about birds. They told me yes, so I immediately scheduled an appointment for the earliest possible time. I took my sweet birdie there, only to have the vet come in, hold him and give him a look over, and tell me I don't think we can help him. When I asked if they could run any tests to see what's wrong he said ni because he was to small. Said it could have been a cold and gave me antibiotics and sent me home. My sweet, sweet birdie suffered for the next few short hours, then died in my hand. Had they told me on the phone initially that they couldn't help, I would have gone somewhere else. Please, if you love your little birdie, take them somewhere else. I wish I did.

I had a very sick bird, in need of immediate attention. I called and asked if they had an avain vet and they told me they could help. I took my sweet birdie there only to have the vet just LOOK at him and then tell me they couldn't do anything for him. They said they couldn't run tests because he was to small, mind you I told them on the phone what type of bird, a finch. They gave me antibiotics and sent me home. A few short hours later my sweet birdie was gone. I'm not sure how they are with cats or dogs, but I wouldn't take your bird here. I wish I took mine elsewhere, maybe he'd still be here.

Terrible! Animals just another number there. All about $$$! They could not or did not know how to treat my pet and now she is gone. No sympathy from vets at all, only interested in $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$Wish I would have known better and taken my beautiful cat elsewhere. Take my word, do not use these vets.
