This is the biggest rip-off place ever! They are currently running ads in at least three different coupon flyers & the Norwin Star. They are advertising a Giant 1-topping pizza for $6.99 -- just order ON-LINE and use coupon code newpizza1. I attempted to do this, and an error message keeps coming up saying "Invalid Code". When I called the telephone number listed in the ad, the worker told me that their online ordering system would NOT ACCEPT ANY COUPON CODES or discounts, and that it HASN'T WORKED IN MONTHS! He said he could sell me a Giant 1-topping pizza for $11.99, which is their regular menu price. I then asked to speak to a manager; the worker said no one was available. I asked the worker when management would be in, he replied "I dunno Mam." When I began questioning him about WHY they would continue to advertise this "special" when they obviously had no intention of honoring what they advertised, the only thing he would answer me with was "I dunno Mam." I continued to ask questions, and after I heard the same response for about the fourth time, I asked him if this is what "they" told him to say, and he replied "Yes Mam." I will NEVER do business with low-lifes like this. Talk about blatant false advertising!! Can't imagine what quality of food they would try to put over on their unsuspecting customers!

Terrible service. Horrible pizza. What they delivered was burnt and had no cheese on it. Called manager Megan. She made it clear not her problem and doesnt care. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else.
The food is very good, the beer is ice cold and the bartender and waitstaff are always very polite. Have noticed improvement as well from when they first opened. Also, have food delivered and they are super punctual unlike so many of the other food deliveries in the area.
Stop to get hot n ready waited 40 minutes and still didn't have pizza. Called district manager because staff didn't know how to return mobey. Apparentlybthey didn't know how ti make pizza either. Crappy service crappy customer service. If you need a meal quick not the pkace to go. In 40 minutes you can have sit down dinner or dominos with delivery. Not the cleanest place.
This place had terrible service when it opened, but they seemed to have turned it around after a while. We actually had pretty good experiences there lately (despite their ever rising prices). However, we recently went for dinner on Mother's Day and I can't say any of the 15 people we were with would return. Service was fine, and food was acceptable. Prices were inflated, but that seems to be the trend with the restaurants owned by this family. However, minutes after we paid our check we were asked to leave so they could make room for the next party (despite the fact that there weren't anywhere near 15 people in the waiting area and there were plenty of open tables). I understand that holidays are busy, but we had only gotten our debit cards back moments before. We couldn't have left much sooner if we wanted! We've been to many other restaurants on Mother's Day and received flowers, and mini bottles of wine, but never an eviction. I also waited tables for a number of years and would never have dreamed to ask a table to leave before they were ready! I would truly have at least tried to rationalize the request had we actually overstayed. But that simply wasn't the case. And five moms who were just trying to enjoy a rare hot meal they didn't have to cook or clean up after were rushed to leave for absolutely no good reason.
There is never anyone to answer the phone when I call. You'd think a pizza place would want your business when you call around lunch or dinner but no. No one ever answers. Sucky hours this place has. Apparently no one works there from like 12-5
Staff screaming at each other, poor treatment of transgender customers (I once was ignored, and when I asked about it, the cashier said that it was because I'm transgender and she wasn't willing to serve "my kind".) I also know of people that stole money from their til by not punching in orders for drinks (which they're taught to not do if an order is just a drink because it drops the check average, which this shows it's a dishonest management) showing that the staff is dishonest.I also spent, on a seperate time, a total of almost 40 minutes waiting for a "Hot and ready" pepperoni pizza. (They only take 5 mins and 35 seconds to cook. If they have to stretch the dough and make the pizza from scratch, it takes about seven minutes and 35 seconds.)All in all, this place is a disaster, and I wouldn't spend my hard earned money in this store if it was the last place on Earth to get edible food.
Two hours and still no pizza. Yeah, it's a new store and yeah I ordered at 6:30 on a Friday night but seriously...You won't get another chance for my business. Looks like I'll be calling Fox's and telling the hungry kids to wait another hour...
We used to order from authentic a lot. But after today, never again. Horrible service and no one knows how to take an order. Charged everything wrong
